Depression
Depression can feel like everything takes more effort than it should. Things that used to feel normal or meaningful may feel distant, flat, or harder to care about, even if nothing obvious has changed. Over time, it can also feel like you’re moving through life on autopilot.
Anxiety
Anxiety can feel like your mind won’t slow down, even when you want it to. Overthinking, tension in your body, and a constant sense of “what if” can make it hard to relax or feel present. It can also start to shape decisions in subtle ways, like avoiding situations or second-guessing yourself.
PTSD & Trauma
Trauma can feel like your body or mind is reacting as if something is still happening, even when you know you’re safe. You might feel on edge, disconnected, or easily overwhelmed by situations or intrusive memories. It can also lead to patterns of avoidance.
ADHD
ADHD can feel like knowing what you need to do, but struggling to follow through. You might start things with good intentions but get pulled off track, forget steps, or feel frustrated with inconsistency. This can also lead to feeling misunderstood by others or overly critical of yourself.
Bipolar Disorder
Living with changes in mood and energy can feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to predict. These shifts can impact both daily routines and overall emotional wellbeing. At times, it may feel like you’re not fully in control of your own rhythm.
Grief & Loss
Grief can feel unpredictable, some moments are heavy, others feel strangely numb. Everyday things can bring waves of emotion when you least expect it. It can also change how you move through routines and relationships. It can feel like life has shifted in a way that’s hard to adjust to.
OCD
OCD can feel like getting stuck in loops of thoughts that won’t let go. You might find yourself checking, replaying, or trying to get certainty, even when part of you knows it’s not necessary. This can take up a lot of mental energy and make it hard to feel mentally “free.”
Relationships
Relationship challenges can feel like repeating the same patterns, even when you want things to be different. You might struggle to communicate clearly, set boundaries, or feel truly understood. This can leave you feeling disconnected or unsure of where you stand with others.
Stress & Burnout
Stress and burnout can feel like you’re always behind, even when you’re trying your best. You might feel mentally drained, emotionally stretched, or like there’s never enough space to fully recover. It can also become harder to feel motivated or engaged in things you normally manage well.
Addiction
Addiction can feel like being caught between two parts of yourself — one that wants change, and another that reaches for relief in the moment. Over time, it can start to feel automatic or hard to step away from
