Why Choose Greenspan Psychology?

Therapy is not about trying to eliminate difficult thoughts, emotions, or experiences, but about understanding them and changing how they impact your life.

My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, while working toward the changes that matter most to you.

Over time, therapy can help you develop a more workable relationship with your thoughts and emotions so they feel less overwhelming and more manageable.

What therapy with me looks like:

  • A collaborative, respectful, and goal-focused approach

  • Support in understanding patterns in thoughts, emotions, and behaviours

  • Practical strategies you can apply in daily life

  • A focus on long-term change rather than quick fixes

  • A safe, steady space to explore challenges at your own pace

Meet Your Psychologist

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it often comes down to finding someone you feel comfortable speaking with.

I am a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and addiction.

My work is grounded in evidence-based psychological approaches combined with a collaborative, client-centered style. I aim to help people better understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact in daily life, and how small shifts in understanding can lead to meaningful, lasting change.

Alongside clinical work, I completed a master’s degree in counselling psychology and have experience in both research and program development, including early work focused on supporting children who have experienced trauma.

In therapy, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and steady—where you can explore challenges at your own pace and build practical tools that support long-term wellbeing.

How Virtual Therapy Works

Getting started with therapy should feel simple and straightforward.

No commute. No waiting room. Just a private space to focus on what matters to you.

Taking the Next Step

Starting therapy often begins with a simple conversation. If you’re considering support, you’re welcome to get in touch to see whether working together feels like a good fit.
