About Greenspan Psychology
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and it often comes down to feeling understood, safe, and comfortable.
I am a Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, addiction, and life transitions.
My path into psychology began with a strong interest in understanding human behaviour and how people change over time. I completed a master’s degree in counselling psychology and hold undergraduate degrees in psychology and organizational studies.
Early in my career, I worked in research at the University of Alberta, including work focused on trauma and the development of treatment approaches for children who have experienced abuse. This experience shaped my understanding of how deeply early experiences can influence the way people think, feel, and respond later in life.
In my clinical work, I have supported individuals in both therapy and assessment settings, as well as facilitated group therapy for ADHD and PTSD.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practice. I focus on helping people better understand their patterns, develop practical tools, and build a different relationship with the challenges they are experiencing—so those challenges feel less overwhelming and more manageable over time.
Therapy with me is not about being “fixed,” but about creating space to understand yourself more clearly and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
